Hi my name is Andrew Meagher and I am 16 and in Transition Year. Am I eligible for the Saturday morning Life Drawing class
Hi Andrew,
Sorry it has taken us so long to reply. You’re more than welcome to join us, the classes are open to everyone.
Hi,
Are there any classes during the day, ie, 11am to 5pm between June 17 and 26? (not the weekend)
Hi Sucita,
Classes normally end around the middle of June and do not resume until September. The exact finishing dates are dependent on each teacher so if you are interested in a particular class it might be worth sending them an email directly, classes may be on during your requested dates. Since term has ended the timetables are not as routine as they usually are. Each teacher’s email can be found in the “classes” tab under the particular one of interest.
Hi, could you tell me what date the evening classes start back in September?
thanks
Nuala
Hi Nuala the dates haven’t been finalised yet. They’ll be posted as soon as we know.
Hi, Could you tell me if there will be a painting class on Friday evenings. I used to attend the classes on Friday 2012- 2013. Would love to start up again and I have a few friends who would love to join me.
Thanks
Barbara
Hi Barbara,
At present, Trinity Arts Workshop runs two painting classes per week. An Acrylic class runs on Sundays 5-7pm and on Tuesdays, there is a Watercolour class from 7-9pm.

Hi, I’m interested in pottery on the wheel but just saw your comment above that classes run until the 15th of April, when do they start up again?
Hi Morgan, after the classes finish for the summer they will start up again in Fresher’s Week 2016.
Síofra
Hi, I would like to ask if the classes available also for TCD staff? I will be in TCD as a visiting researcher between september to december and I would like to take apart in screen printing workshop. Thank you 🙂
Hi, yes the classes will be available to staff, just head along on the day and you can join!
Hi,
I would like to attend the drawing class on Friday evening. I have a few questions on this:
– Are classes still on for this year? When will the last class be?
– If I attend one class and pay for the year membership, can I then attend other classes as well and maybe mix them up (for example, one week life drawing then print making etc.)?
Thanks so much in advance for your reply,
Chiara
Most classes are still on, the last day of the classes will vary depending on the class but most of them will finish around the end of May.
Unfortunately we don’t have yearly membership. To join the Trinity Arts Workshop it is €5 and each class costs certain amount which varies depending on the class. Once you become a member you can drop into any of these classes and pay for the specific class fee which you can find on our website in the “classes” section.

Many thanks,
Gillian

Hello, our studio is currently closed for renovations over Christmas and classes are due to resume in the New Year. There is a possibility that our classes will no longer be open to non-Trinity students upon reopening but this is still under discussion.
Hi there, are the classes back on yet? And if so, are they open to non-trinity students?
Hi Theresa, classes are not back on yet as the studio is still under renovation. We’re not being given an exact return time yet but will update on our website and social media(Facebook, instagram) once we receive any news. thanks
